Promoter

License to promote boxing and MMA events — financial capability, insurance, and surety bond required.

Manager

License to manage fighters — management contracts and experience required.

Boxer/Fighter

License to compete — medical exams including MRI, blood tests, and physical required.

Fee: $1001-3 weeks

Referee

License to officiate — rules knowledge exam and physical fitness certification.

Fee: $1502-4 weeks

Judge

License to score bouts — scoring knowledge exam and experience required.

Fee: $1502-4 weeks

Second/Trainer

License for corners and trainers — first aid/CPR certification required.
